Changes to our Terms

Any changes to our Terms and Conditions in the future will be posted to the website and, where appropriate, through e-mail notification.

Fees & Late Payments

All courses booked by you or your agreed representative and unless otherwise agreed by the supplier AFL Solutions Training should be paid in Full within the agreed period and must have cleared its banking system. Any delayed or non payment would incur a late payment charge and this is a non refundable fee of £60.00 and an additional fee of £20.00 per day that invoice remains unpaid.

We also reserve the right to add additional charges for any letters for non payment sent to you and this will incur an additional fee of £25.00 per letter sent by our representatives.

Certificates for completed courses and any associated paperwork will not be issued or released until FULL payment has been received and any duplication of certificates will incur a set fee for each duplication at the set cost of £15.00 this will also include any postage and packing costs that that are done by recorded delivery method, Any certificates must under no circumstances be duplicated without prior written consent from any representative of

AFL Solutions.

Cancelation & Bookings

Reserves the right to make changes when courses are cancelled these changes are as follows.

Make changes to fees charged if a course is cancelled or amended by you the customers or the date for a confirmed course that has been booked either verbally or by letter / E-mail which you may need to change due to staffing.
